    Learn Ethics

We teach the next generation of leaders. Our highly successful courses, our Ethics Minor, and our Applied AI Minor prepare students for the next generation of ethical challenges.

  • Student Engagement

We organize and support high-impact student activities like:

    • All Tech is Human
    • Collegiate Ethics Bowl
    • Philosophy Club
    • Thomistic Institute
  • Professor Scott Samuelson gives a public talk on Aristotle's concept of virtue at Gravitate Coworking in Des Moines.

    Ethics and Community

On campus and throughout Iowa, we foster civil discourse about the issues that matter most. We partner with local government, schools, libraries, hospitals, boards, commissions, and other public groups to address the ethical dimensions of policies, procedures, technological developments, civic engagement, and everyday life.
